This website is operated by Kiki Peaches. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Kiki Peaches. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with the policies referenced on this store.
Online store terms
You must use this store only for lawful purposes and provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security or functionality, or use it to violate applicable law or the rights of others.
Products and availability
We aim to describe and display products as accurately as reasonably possible. Colours and appearance can vary between screens. Product availability may change. We may limit or cancel quantities or orders where reasonably necessary, including in cases of unavailability, obvious pricing errors, fraud prevention or technical errors.
Prices and payment
Prices shown at checkout are the prices payable for the order, subject to applicable taxes, discounts and currency presentation. Payment must be authorised before an order is accepted. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Orders
An order is a request to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order before fulfilment where there is a legitimate reason, including unavailability, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or an inability to fulfil the order. If payment has already been taken for an order we cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Returns, refunds and consumer rights
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights that consumers have under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Kiki Peaches in Portugal, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence where those protections apply.
