Refund policy

14-day return window

We offer a 14-day return window after delivery. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected, including any statutory right of withdrawal that applies to eligible consumers.

Return eligibility

For change-of-mind returns, an item should be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unworn or unused, with tags where supplied, and with its original packaging where reasonably possible. Proof of purchase may be required.

How to request a return

Contact hello@kikipeaches.com within the applicable return period and include your order details and the item you want to return. Do not send a return to an address until return instructions have been provided.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item unless mandatory law requires otherwise. If an item is defective, damaged on arrival or materially different from what was ordered, contact us promptly; where Kiki Peaches is responsible, we will provide the appropriate remedy and cover return costs where required by law.

Incorrect, damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If you receive the wrong item or an item that is damaged or defective, contact us with the order details and supporting information so that we can assess the issue and provide the appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy required by law.

Exceptions

Certain items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where the law permits, including goods made to a customer’s specifications and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken. These exclusions do not remove rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

Refunds

Once a return is received and assessed, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after a refund is issued depends on the payment provider or bank. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, refunds will be handled within the time limits and on the terms required by applicable law.
